Update (Aug 27 2021): We are sorry to announce that due to the lack of sufficient public interest, the Moozem initiative is cancelled for the time being and the business in pending closure. Thus, we are not accepting anymore registrations to our founding mailing list. Any registered email addresses will be deleted shortly.

This privacy policy will explain how Moozem Ltd (referred also as "Moozem", "we", "us" or "our") uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website (www.moozem.com).
This Privacy Policy applies only to personal data that you provide to us via our website.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect any changes to our services. We will do this by amending this Privacy Policy web page. The changes will take effect automatically, as soon as they are posted on this Privacy Policy web page. What data do we collect?

We only collect data from visitors who opt in to become founding members and go through the registration flow.

We do not collect any personal identification data from visitors who just browse www.moozem.com.

We use Fathom Analytics to track the usage of our website. Fathom Analytics does not use cookies and does not collects personal information. Fathom Analytics collects only aggregate data without personal information, which does not allow us to identify any visitor to our website. If you opt in to become a founding member, Moozem Ltd will collect the following data:
  • Personal identification information (name, email address)
  • The founding membership plan that you registered your interest for
  • The date and time when you subscribed to our founding members list (or modified your founding membership registration)


We use Sendinblue as a data processor for the founding members list registration and management, and as an email marketing tool. Additionally, if you use the Google reCAPTCHA tool (implemented to prevent abusive registrations) during the founding members registration process, Google might collect information about you. Please note that we won’t have access to the data that Google might collect about you when using reCAPTCHA. How do we collect your data?

Your data is collected when you register online to the founding members list. We use Sendinblue as a data processor for the founding members list registration and management. The data you provide during the founding membership list registration process (such as your name, the email, the registered interest for a plan) is processed and stored in Sendinblue. Additionally, other data might be collected automatically in Sendinblue (such as the date when you opt in to join the founding member list).

  • Consent: we will ask for a clear consent from you when you register to our founding members list.
How will we use your data?

Moozem Ltd intends to use your data to provide you with information and updates about:
  • the moozem product
  • moozem BETA releases
  • moozem registration processes
  • moozem plans availability.
How long will we keep your data?

Moozem Ltd will keep your data in the Sendinblue platform as long you remain a member of the founding members list. You will be able to unsubscribe this list at any time by writing to us at unsubscribe@moozem.com.

We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose of processing your membership. Our general retention period for inactive users it is two years. In some circumstances your data may be held for longer, for instance when you keep the founding membership active by using your actively your membership or by opting in for further services. You can request at any time the deletion of the data we have in the Sendinblue platform about you at unsubscribe@moozem.com. When we will receive a request from you to delete your data, we will permanently delete you and your data from our founding members list & database that it is hosted on Sendinblue.

Furthermore, in the first two years after the moozem product will be released live, we intend to create a new mailing list that it will replace the current founding member list. At that time, for the existing founding members that will not opt in for the new mailing list, or, will not purchase the actual product, we will delete permanently all their founding members data.
Access by others

If you agree by completing the founding membership registration process, your data will be stored in our partner Sendinblue platform. We use Sendinblue as a data processor to manage our founding members registration process, to store the above data about the founding members, and as an email marketing tool. We will not sell or sublicense the data you provide to us during the founding membership registration. Moozem Ltd will be the only user of your data, for the purpose specified in this document.

It may be necessary for us to disclose your personal data whether by law, possibly in the context of litigation, legal process and/or by request from public or governmental authorities within or outside of your country of residence. We may also disclose your personal information if we determine that disclosure is necessary or appropriate for purposes of law enforcement, national security or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable.
How do we store your data?

We take security very seriously. We are very concerned with safeguarding your information. We take the appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data. The Moozem.com website uses an SSL Certificate. We do not intend to send you marketing information about third party products or companies.

After you will opt in and confirm your Moozem founding membership registration, Moozem Ltd would like to send you updates about the moozem product, about the moozem BETA releases, about the moozem registration process, or about the moozem plans availability.

You have the right at any time to stop Moozem Ltd from contacting you about your founding member membership by simply unsubscribing from the founding members list. You may always unsubscribe (opt out) from the founding member list at unsubscribe@moozem.com.

Moozem Ltd would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
